Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay

Absolutely fabulous time here... service was impeccable. The staff was outstanding and goes out of their way to ensure guest enjoy themselves. Not at all crowded during our visit (due to Covid) but still had a wonderful time. Beaches were great as were the resort bars and restaurants. Highly recommend trying this Secrets location.

The food was excellent, the entertainment was great, staff was warm and welcoming.I had some issues: waited the entire night for a robe and my allergies started to act up because of the temperature and nothing to warm me up. I was completely out for a day because of that. The phone in my room was malfunctioning so I had to call several times before anyone could hear me on the other line. Room service took a while to come around. Most of the calls went to voice-mail, no call back. I wish I never had those issues, otherwise it would have been perfect.

This is a great resort and close to airport. With Covid going on, it was worth the effort coming down. The people here do a great job going above and beyond to keep this place clean and safe for all guests.

Wonderful 5 day stay. Felt extremely safe, no Covid issues. Got to meet Errol, a landscape worker who we got to discuss life and his family. He is a true value at this resort. He made an amazing coconut filled floral arrangement as he cut the bushes by the pool. Super surprised and an amazing gesture. We also met Sheldon, the best jerk chicken chef in Jamaica. Could not wait for him to show up at beach with his bbq cart loaded with the best chicken we have ever had. We would definitely return. Thanks for the rest. Really needed.
