If you have no other choice then I feel for you. This bank (or at least this branch) is the worst run institution I have ever seen. You will spend an entire day to simply cash a check. Avoid this business if at all possible.

More while man wait inna this long line outside inna hot car just to use one ATM machine. Me drop two star on this feedback

Sure it's a great bank and the online banking is great but the customer service over the phone is no help..

The customer service is always on point but it does take some time to get through (don't visit during peak hours lol). They have a tea station upstairs so I always have myself to some delicious Tetley tea lol.

Great bank with staff that are truly professional.
