Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay All-Inclusive

The Holiday inn is a great place for a family vacation. The staff are amazing always helpful and friendly. Ki-Shaun the resort entertainment manager makes the resort what it is. Very entertaining and helpful beyond expectations. The resort is a bit dated but the beach and facilities are top notch. There is an adults only section a stretch of beach and pool. The food is very good. Overall for the price you can’t do better than the Holiday Inn Montego Bay. Thanks for having us and taking care of us in your wonderful country. Adam & Dara

Best vacation ever we are looking forward to our next visit in 2021 December. We could not have asked for more. The food was great the accommodations was also awesome. Great for a family vacation. Tops off to the workers at the Holiday Inn Montego bay. It was heavenly.

Hotel says they are all inclusive but you cant get a bottle of water. Fridge in the room is just aesthetics. You call front desk for water and they tell you to drink water from the pipe because if you want bottle water, you have to BUY... Dem not ready at all. Their competitors will eat them alive.

Stayed at Holiday Inn for my baby-cation last November along with my husband and the service was exceptional. The front desk agent, I cannot recall his name, but his service was beyond amazing. I gave him tips for his pregnant wife as they were also expecting. The food was great, as that was most of what I had. Mostly slept for the entire stay, I was pretty exhausted.

If you are not getting a suite, then don't bother to stay. We got a suite on the ground floor. It was perfect. I'm happy we got it caused when I visited my friend's room on the upper floor, my own room at home is bigger. Nothing inside the place resembled a hotel room. So my rating for the room is based on the suite and not the rooms. The food was basic Jamaican food, just prepared in different ways. Customer service was ok, so was the entertainment.
