Hotel Riu Montego Bay

This resort is wonderful. They are covid-19 conscious and practice safety very well. They staff is so welcoming and beyond helpful. Great peace and awesome entertainment. I would tell everyone to visit!! You'll love it just as I do!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful property. The security team, especially the ones at the gate, constantly gives us a hard time even though we had our hotel wrist band on and made our stay very unpleasant. They all need to be retrained. Amazing dining room staff. The breakfast menu is the best, lunch is horrible and the dinner menu is just okay. The menu doesn't really cater to vegetarian/ vegans. The house keeping staff could also be improved. Would I recommend? Not really but it's also not the worst.

I wish the staff was a little more friendly. The food and grounds are beautiful, but sometimes the staff (not all of them) can seem irritated. I had rated the resort with 4 stars just a few minutes ago, but i just got to the sports bar and that changed my whole perspective.

Love the all inclusive adults only hotel. All of the food was good and fresh, the drinks were too sweet however but still good. The swing up bar was everything. And the staff was wonderful

The staff is exceptionally courteous and friendly. The food is excellent; breakfast, lunch and dinner options are all well done. If you're into adventures on the sea, there's lots to do; kayaking, sailing, party boat. There is also a water park on property. The rooms were a little disappointing. No beverage in fridge or any kettle to make tea outside of operational hours Overall great place to vacation.
