Why 5 stars? Everything at the resort is close to perfect. What really sets it apart I think is the food. Have been to other resorts and the food is good. However, the food at Grand Rose Hall is anywhere from good to incredible. One of the most relaxing vacations you can imagine. Thank you to all who made our stay so great!

Still here with only 2 more days to go. Don't want to leave! The staff is the best ever! The resort super clean and sanitization everywhere. Food and drinks are great. Truck jerk chicken addictive. Love it here! Book it, you won't regret!

The food was EXCELLENT, Superb! My boyfriend is very picky and he enjoyed the food as our concierge safa promised. We went to multiple restaurants each night. 5-star gourmet dining. Generous pouring. Rooms are clean with great staff. 24-hr all inclusive. Pools and nice beach space with cabanas. The nightly activities were GOOD every night. The night clubs are cool. The drinks are popping! Romantic ambience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming

This place is the bomb. From the welcome cocktail to the lady at the front desk, everyone was amazing.. Food was absolutely great. Not alot of proportions but it was great. The rooms are so lovely. Well clean and comfortable. My son almost cried when we were leaving. Thank you for a great opportunity. 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳💃💃💃💃💃

My stay for the most part was quite pleasant, the staff was very attentive, the room was cleaned and sanitized sometimes twice daily, room service was prompt and the dinning areas monitored to ensure that guest remained safe. Separate and apart from the hotel, I am advising that guest be aware of their 'membership club' thou. I was introduced to it while staying at the Grand and arbitrarily sighed up to become a member, however, decided two days after, to cancel with the uncertainty of the current economical fall out due to the Corona pandemic. Surprisingly and without any explanation/reason, I was charged JA$89,654.52 (US$600) for withdrawing the membership (money withdrawn from deposited amount) I tried reaching out to the club to ascertain why that amount was taken from my deposit, to-date, one month after, I am still ignorant of the reason. Please note that this is not stated in their contract either, so be aware.
