Hotel Riu Palace Jamaica

The staff were so friendly. They took care of any issue right away. The food was good most of the time. You would definitely find something to fulfill your hunger with the large selection of food offered breakfast, lunch or dinner. Unlimited adult beverages you can't beat that. Housekeeping came everyday. Besides outsiders hiking the prices up for tourists stay in your resort you can avoid such encounters or simply DON'T stop at any side stores ($8 for some Pringles and $10 for something that cost $2 in the US ). Make sure you take everything you need to avoid these outrageous greedy prices... This was not hotel prices these were pit stops.. The romantic dinner on the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The food was amazing . I enjoyed the atmosphere so much I extended my stay. They also kept up with the maintenance on the hotel which made it look great. I highly recommend

Great value. A few little things unfortunately keep it from five stars. Value is 5. Food is 4 (with some great items and others so so). But the thermostat in the room jerking the AC either completely on or off and the hot water sometimes being only warm detract. If it had these little things out would easily get five stars

Loved it! Super clean, love the staff everyone is super happy makes you enjoy your vvacation. Food was okay. Loved the curry goat must work on their green juices.

Great resort great ambience great vibz

Resort was beautiful and super clean. Dr. Phil and Tamar were absolutely wonderful. The staff was amazing and had your drink refilled before you could even ask. Only kind of complaint was that the pools were super cold. Would have been better if they were a little bit warmer. And the rooms were loud they played music until about 11pm everynight and with our oceanfront room you could hear it. But food was really good and even during covid they kept everything keep and sanitary.
