Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa – All-Inclusive Resort

I have made a second trip to Jewel Grande as part of my company's evaluation of numerous resorts for business purposes. The second trip was substantially better than the first. The facilities remain to be excellent, the staff incredibly attentive and available, and the food very good. The challenge were some very small, but very irritating oversights. The Jewel Grande previously got most of the big things right but feel short on the basics. They now have most of those basics covered in the few remaining ones they are addressing. We can now emphatically give their resort a solid five-star rating for both service, facilities, and overall value. It is clear that the jewel Grand management is open for suggestions and is anxious to make their resort experience a truly world-class experience. I will be returning in the near future to the Grande and am now considering choosing this facility for our extensive business needs. My previous review I ranked multiple all-inclusive resorts on their overall quality and value. now the jewel Grande is at the top. And with today's pandemic pricing of just a little bit more than their sister resort at the Hilton and other resorts around the 200 and $250 price mark, you get a lot for an additional 50 to $75. Well worth it for those who wish to have a world-class suite of a simple hotel room and personalized service and fantastic facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was our 16-year anniversary, and we could not have asked for more. The staff was nice and friendly and most of all this place was clean and sanitized! I am one who pays attention to detail especially when it comes to cleanliness and food. Let me tell you I felt so comfortable being at this resort when I saw staff wiping off door handles, chair arms, tables, etc. everyone was wearing their masks over their nose and constantly washing their hands or using hand sanitizer. We had an ocean view room it was so beautiful! The food was good at the restaurants. What took the cake for me was on our anniversary night we paid for a private dinner it was beyond what we expected! It was decorated so beautifully out in the gazebo on the water. Restaurant manager Bridgette was the BEST! She had everything set up the food was Awesome the ambiance rendered us speechless and our waiter I wish I could remember his name, but he was so good! We played games laughed and all I can say is the people who work at this resort seem to like what they do, and they are good at it! We will visit this resort in the future at least once yearly!

This place literally knows how to offer world class service. I brought my family for my wife's birthday and they totally loved it. The staff are quite professional and are always seeking to offer assistance. The food was great and there were many options available. Jamaica night was great. I was pleased that they actually had otaheite apple and sugar cane (first time seeing them offered at a hotel). The rooms were recently upgraded from what I was told and they were quite comfortable. The only drawback for me is that they were doing some repairs to the main elevator so we had to use the service elevator, which caused a little delay at times. All in all a weekend we'll spent. Definitely worth another trip.

We can’t say enough good things about this resort. After spending a few days at another resort we found our way to the Jewel Grande and so happy we did. Wonderful service, great food and beautifully taken care of grounds. The general manager is always present and ensures every aspect of your stay is amazing. A great value and a must stay. We will be back, it just won’t be soon enough.

This place is absolutely a healing ground.from the oceanic air and sounds, the service, meals are palate pleasing in every manner Perfect place to get in touch with your inner self. Reclaim peace and solace. Each morning arising with the sunrise and watching the sun disappear behind the hills in the distance. This is entirely poetic. I pray this place will Be a forever place to retreat to. I recall when this place was being constructed years ago. My prayers answered to be some place where there authenticity and solitude are aligned. Perfect is an understatement.
