Moon Palace® Jamaica All Inclusive Resort

I'm still here in Jamaica enjoying the wonderful hospitality of the Moon Palace Jamaica. A beautiful resort with a variety of restaurants. The buffet is always a pleasant choice. You feel very comfortable with all the safety precautions being taken here on the resort. I lot of things to do right here on the resort: scuba diving, swimming with dolphins, snorkeling and so much more.

My husband and I, went to Moon palace Jamaica to celebrate my birthday! We had many problems with front desk when we arrived! But the amazing guy Khalil and his Crew made are stay a dream! I want to say, thank you every one, you guys are great, above and beyond! So we had a incredible vacation! I do recommend! From start to finish it was our best vacation ever. Check in was fast and simple, everyone was was so friendly and helpful. The room was great. No issues at all. The beds were so comfortable. Our room over looked the ocean. And the view was wonderful. We enjoyed every restaurant in the resort, the service was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you all for a great Christmas holiday in Jamaica. We will be back.

Everything was excellent the week of January 3rd. Odaine was incredible. Leon Henry is extremely knowledgeable with anything that has to do with wine!! And to top it all off I had the pleasure of seeing my friend Raul again. My kids have known Raul for most of their life (19 and 22) and they loved to see Raul (Ernie) again after 5 years!!

Now, this place is clean. Very impressed with the new "normal". All sanitization protocols are observed. Place smells clean and look clean. Friendly and helpful staff. I took off a star because I only enjoyed the lunch. All other meals were just ordinary. The food in the Italian restaurant totally flopped. Not even the options for the wines were good. I mean I could have done a better job with chicken breast. Come on!!! Ambience was great tho.
