The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel

Was not impressed at all. Complementary breakfast was a joke. Potatoes and steamed cabbage side of fruits coffee tea and orange juice. Asked for eggs and bacon that would be an extra charge. Rooms were dated needed a fresh coat of paint and some updating. Pool side was relaxing when bar was open. Service was okay.

Blue Window restaurant still great. Lunch buffets only on Fridays and Sundays now due to pandemic. Social Distancing protocols on point. All staff very courteous and friendly.

The food is out of this world. Pleasant staff. A great place for friends and familly. I had a spectacular weekend.

Beautiful in appearance staffed with staff with excellent customer service from the bell boy to the wait staff. Was there having dinner at the Blue Water restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner. The soup was excellent...presentation of all foods--entree, wine and dessert was truly five star dining. The observation of Covid 19 sanitizing was observed. Each table was properly/comfortably situated in the room. All staff wore their masks properly. The meal was tasty and the service excellent!

I was at an event today and the staff was amazing, food was great but there was 1 staff member who went all out for me because I was not feeling well, she even stayed until I was able to move again... Thank you Maureen, you made the day super and I really appreciate you 🤗
