Hotel Riu Ocho Rios

Cant complain at all. Most of the staff were friendly (except the lady at customer service- had to change my room as my sofa had a big stain and some others). But most staff were awesome. Food was good, entertainment was good. Whatever fault to found was fixable. ha a good time.

It was a nice stay overall, but the first experience of the food we had was from the Italian restaurant at the hotel. The pasta sauce was neon red... That made have made the food at St. Ann's seem that much better. The beach was great, the catamaran was super fun, one pool got kind of cloudy, but the infinity pool was always clear and the rum was always flowing.

Was ok...wish I could take food to my room tho.

It's pretty ok in light of the pandemic ,protocol is 100% observe

The way my family came back speaking about this place, it was so elegant and admiring for them to leave an impression so that persons can talk. Hotel Riu, you deserve this five star. I'll be making my reservation very soon.
