Couples Tower Isle

Very nice hotel the food was awesome and the staff were so nice! I just have one concern and it’s the 2 birds that are kept way back from everyone. We had no idea these birds were back there until day 3. Really think the owners should move them closer so they can have more interaction with people. They are absolutely stunning and one of my favorite things about this resort.

Very romantic hotel. The food was okay, but the drinks were better. Not much activities or things happening outside of the water sports during the day. The bands that play in the night are pretty good and the DJs are also good. The hotel needs more activities though that interact with guests, felt bored during the days.

Being stuck in Wisconsin during Covid 19 is really making me miss the 5 star performance if this resort. See you soon! The service, amenities, and ambiance are unmatched.

The management that takes care of bookings and flights are the scum of the earth here. Multiple times they chose to raise my rates, they have next to zero communication. One woman in particular, Colleen Kerr, on multiple occasions gave us false information, took away our gift voucher credit and then preceded to disregard all emails I sent to her. The resort and hosts there are spectacular but the management in the United States are the worst people I have ever spoke with.
