Meliá Braco Village

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My friend and I had such a great time for our birthdays. Staff- A+ (Exceptional customer service) Room- A Food/Drinks- A (I ate everything in sight). They had so many options. I couldn't resist. Overall experience was awesome.

They closed the property and provided me only a 4 day notice. We leave this week for an 8 night all inclusive trip and now have nowhere to stay!!! Now I’m stuck with airfare. Avoid at all costs, this place does not care about their guests.

The hotel has scaled down it's operations because of the pandemic but still managed to offer a great overall experience. Only the Market Place resturant was available but it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic. Nightly entertainment in the court yard with a live band. Also games available during the day. Great experience. Courtesy and accommodating staff.

Had a beach front view with the level, THE ONLY WAY TO GO! Not many people there and super exclusive. At the busiest point there was only 3 couples on the beach (including us). Only thing is you have to understand that when they say island time in Jamaica they mean it. They would leave early and close things early, even if it is advertised to stay open until to a certain time.

Beautiful property. Excellent service. Amazing food. Can't wait to go back.
