Their customer service was poor. My colleague was involved in a three vehicle collision along the roadway just outside of their offices and we went inside the compound to sort the paperwork and seek shade from the unforgiving sun. The receptionist; an elegant looking brown lady came out and before asking if everything was okay, accused us of worrying the customers. When we tried to explain ourselves, she closed the door in our faces. The unfortunate thing was there was a CCTV camera on us the whole time so it's not like we could've been accused of doing anything hanky panky.

Got good guidance from receptionist but no return call from lawyer.
