Salisa Tours Jamaica

The people at Salima tours were awesome and went out of their way to get me to the Blue Hole after I missed the meet up time. The were very courteous, friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to visit the Blue hole or other attractions in Jamaica

Did a horseback riding tour. Pricing is very reasonable. Great service, staff is friendly and professional. I was able to communicate with them through WhatsApp since I couldn’t use my service out of the country which was great. The representative even kept in contact with us afterward to help us find information for Covid testing in the area. As for the experience itself, we were a bit lost driving to the meet location but the representative over the phone helped us find our way and sent someone to help direct us. One of the tour guides by the name of Norris went out of his way to make the experience the best it could be. He gave me tips on how to sit properly on the horse when going down a hill or climbing one. He helped me get my horse to trot, at my request, which was great because just the horse walking is dull for me personally. I just wish the other tour guides we had would have done the same for the other people in my party. They only pulled the horses along while they walked which was not very fun for my family, so ask for Norris for horseback tour. He definitely cares about the customer experience. Overall the company cares about its customers and goes out of its way to provide the best experiences. Great people

Called about an activity I wanted to do for my birthday, and they came and picked me up where I was. The vehicle had balloons and a banner, and the driver was friendly and knowledgeable. We stopped to eat at the Jerk Centre afterwards and Salisa tours provided a bottle of champagne that was much appreciated. Will be using their services in the future.

Salisa was very attentive, accommodating and welcoming. I felt like a VIP. She even made some pit stops so I could get cash and food. As I was doing a solo tour, it was also really nice that she was easy to converse with. Loved my excursion overall, we had a good time.

I only use Salisa Tours when I am in Jamaica. Salisa is AMAZING, treats you like family. She is extremely professional, down to earth, funny, friendly. I just live her. Will always book with Salisa Tours when I am in Jamaica. Looking to go back in 2021.
