Pizza hut

I've always had great service. Was a bit shaky when they just opened but they've improved. Falmouth staff is nice. The cashier even helped me to decide which menu item is ideal for me.

No good place, poor customer service experience. Employees are rude and disrespectful

Very poor customer service when using the delivery option. Operator who takes the call doesn’t listen and is not knowledgeable about certain things like the extra for delivery, what is available, pricing, etc. Never had any major issue when dining in. Room for improvement!

My favourite pizza hut branch. Great customer service and fast service - shorter wait time than branches in Kingston and Mo-bay. Pizza is always well done. They also always prepare the pizza before the promised time.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Some of the workers are very rude and behave like you're a bother to them when asking questions!!!!! Montego Bay Pizza Hut Is The Best!!!!
