National Commercial Bank

This is a very dangerous institution. Biggest crooks there. I have 3 different fix deposit for my 3 kids since 1981. It is renewed every 4th of January and believe me they stole every penny it and is giving me the runaround. I started it with $5000 each never touch a penny of it and they are no where to be found. They a very dishonest.

They are extremely slow and is not organized whatsoever. I was there one day from 8:47 A.M and even some minutes to the hour (2:00) P.M, I am still waiting to be dealt with. I tried calling them before hand to get some information and the phones rang without a answer. This is the worst customer service ever. If you have somewhere to be, it makes no sense coming to the bank on that day. And I think it's time the pace at which the workers operate be revisited.

They are very slow and the workers are coming to work late. You need to call a meeting with them give them a warning if it doesn’t change fire them. It’s sickening how they move slow and lackadaisical
