There needs to be some form of customer service training implemented at this Digicel store location. I went into this store to purchase a Sim card for my newphew on Saturday (11/02/18). While I was waiting to pay for the merchandise I heard the cashier on my left and a customer arguing about the level in which he was speaking to hear through the window, and on my right there was a customer arguing with a representative on the store phone about her bill... When it was my turn to pay for my merchandise I was greeted with a "what do you want" from the cashier. I informed her that I was there to pay for a Sim card. I was then bombarded with "WHAT", "WHO ARE YOU", "WHAT YOU SAY"... The supervisor had to intervene and relay the information to her because he saw I was becoming visibly agitated... I think there's a misconception that customers are required to spend their money at this location regardless of the service, and treatment they receive. Digicel needs to spend some money and implement customer service training and teach some common sense at this location. They have no training whats so ever! I would rather travel to Fairview Digicel location than come back here. Terrible experience.
