Falmouth Excursions by Jaital

We took a rum tour with this company in November 2017 (Thanksgiving week). Our group of 6 had our own van, which was nice. Our driver was friendly and helpful. He even tried to go out of his way to accommodate the 2 vegetarians in our group. The drive was far, but it was nice to see the scenery and chat with our driver. The tour itself was nice and given how strong the rum was, I'm glad we had a designated driver. I would book this company again. It's always a little scary booking online with a foreign tour group, but they made it easy.

We loved our trip. From the great driver who tried to avoid all the potholes on the trip to make our drive as comfortable as possible to the excellent guide. We would have loved to have been able to see inside of the house and if there were more of the rums that they produced on sale. It felt authentic and it was really interesting to see a real, working distillery. Overall, excellent

Thank you, We had a very good experience with your team. We were picked up on time . There were 4 couples to be dropped off in Montego Bay. We were dropped off and told where and when to be back to be picked up. A few minutes after the pick-up time, we were transported back to the cruise ship port in Falmouth with plenty of time to spare to do some shopping. We will be calling on your team again with future visits to Jamaica.

We arrived on the Norwegian Escape on Monday 11/6/17 - we were scheduled to do the Dunn's River Falls and Beach Run. This was the WORST DAY - was not told the falls were OVER AN HOUR drive from the port. We basically had a cab driver who took us to the falls - which were a dirty, dangerous, tourist trap. He offered to take us to "a beach" - we never saw the Blue Hole or did the Bamboo Blu beach Bar and Grill that was offered and that we paid for. It was basically like taking a taxi to the falls - that's what I paid over $200 for. Would not recommend this company
