Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall

This hotel is absolutely amazing and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. The staff is outstanding, very friendly and attentive, especially for an all inclusive. They are always looking for ways to serve. The food and drinks were fabulous, especially the jerk hut. Perhaps the best part of the hotel are the phenomenal grounds which are pristine. The pools and views are THE BEST. I typically do not write reviews but this place just does it right so I decided to take the time!

I honestly have never had a worse experience at a resort. Don’t get me wrong, the resort is stunning. The views and amazing and the pools were nice and clean. But, besides that, I really have nothing good to say. To start off there was not a good place to swim in the ocean. Secondly, there were probably 3 nice staff members, the rest were extremely rude. I was refused service multiple times and felt very unwelcome. Their are no food options, and there is very limited night life. What we did have, was mediocre at best. I could go on and on about the poor experience I had, but I will most definitely be reaching out to my travel agent to never recommend this resort to any future customers. Will not be returning.

We stayed here during the pandemic and it as impeccable. What made it was the sincerity and generosity of the staff. Specific thanks to Desmond for Tamika doing such an excellent job. Worth mentioning as well is the entertainment- the Michael Jackson performance was one for the ages and hopefully ongoing!

Ambiance, Food, Hospitality, Room, Amenities, Covid preparedness and protection .... all EXCEPTIONAL. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to have a great and relaxing time and top tier service! This hotel leaves nothing to chance when it comes to protecting their guests and employees. Excellent job Hyatt Ziva / Zilara! We will be back!

We wanted somewhere family friendly, not far from the airport, where we honestly wouldn't have to think too much and the kids could have a straightforward beach experience. Yep, fulfilled.
