Why is that persons are allowed to re pin cards via phone without proper Identification? So the Visa card came in the mail and some just took it call CIBC and re pin the card and it along with salary belongs to them. This is madness. Utter rubbish. Bull. Yes online banking is convenient it's all good. My issue is with the fact that no Identification is required.

Customer Service Very SLOW, Money was taken out of my account, not by me, and the person who was handling it started giving me the run-a-round and asked me to make a police report after approximately 6 months of working on the issue... Crappy In Branch customer service... but good products..
