I rented a car for a week. I paid for the rental in full. After arriving in Jamaica, I became uncomfortable with driving. I turned the car in 4 days early. I had to get a taxi to get around which became costly. I was not provided with a refund for the 4 days, and although it was mentioned that he would drive me if I needed to get someplace, he was “not really available “, so basically after I was dropped off, I was on my own. Not how I wanted to spend my first time in Kingston.
