This is not a door to door delivery service. I dont know why it's their slogan. The customer service is extremely bad. My packaged was paid for to be delivered to my door step ideally because I am unfamiliar with my current neighborhood, however it was not deliver to me and I had to go through all the trouble to find where they are located. Initially they didnt relay to me that the money that was paid was not to delivery at my door step even though that information was presented to them. I will never use this sevice again. I will never reccomend it to anyone
