Every one have their own views like me in a collision since December 2019 lets say my claim was honored 13 months after the incident yet still awaiting clearance of the check so work can be done. Unprofessional

Very very bad customer service, that lady hang the phone up on me. I simple asked her a question, if u not equipped to do the job simple step aside and let competent employees take over

Some of the staff are working from home but they are connected to the office and will still be able to help you
