Reliable taxi service for the most part. Needs some work on customer service. I'd recommend as they are commonly used taxi company.
This review is not a reflection of the drivers but the operators or booking personnel (whatever they are called) ..their customer service is extremely poor ..mid trying to book a service, each time I said "hello good morning" she replied then proceeded to talk to someone else. After 2 attempts I decided not to bother with them.
- [ ] Do not waste your time with On Time Taxi. I requested a cab from Jangas tonight and was completely taken a back by cab #97 who refused to transport me because I had food with me! Food by the way that was Saranwrapped and well packaged!! Instead the driver tried to extort me stating that it’s extra to carry food. I have been using a specific driver from this company for months and have NEVER been met with such disrespect or criminal intent. I’m disgusted.!!! Furthermore, I called dispatch to lodge a complaint and spoke with LisAnn who claimed to be a manager. Not only was she reluctant to understand my perspective, she pretty much said they don’t have any control over the drivers behavior. With that revelation I advise all of you who come come across this post to avoid this service. If they don’t have a standard code of conduct, you are subjecting yourself to risk and disrespect. Absolutely disgusted!!! Phillip Fearon, you need to do a serious evaluation of your staff and how they treat clients!!!
Pretty good service on time most times
Do you want uncertain pricing, unfriendly drivers, a dispatcher radio blaring your whole ride? Then look no further. They’ll take u where u need to go and charge you what u didn’t pay last time 😊👍
