At first I had to wait on the outside but after 6 minutes I was allowed inside. The staff worked swiftly and as such the waiting period was not long.

Wish I could put a star on zero. Worst courier customer service ever in Jamaica. I would expect dhl to call when on their way so I could meet them and personally collect package, if they're too scared to leave the vehicle. Instead they deposited my package on the ground on the street in from of my gate. If my brother hadn't happened to drop by right after to pick it up, my expensive purchase would've been stolen. I'll never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Lazy unprofessionals!

Worst customer service I've ever seen and the country manager Gavyn Symons is the epitome of indifference. Their mistake cost my family in a horrible way. Grandma couldn't come to Canada when we needed her most because they took 11 days to move a passport the equivalent of two miles. Can you imagine, they offered a 50% discount on the next package we ship with them and our money back for the delayed shipment. No empathy for their customers at all. Shame on you.

My experience was pretty normal. Staff are reasonable decent and service was quick and effective
