Called to speak with Sabrina in Kingston five minutes ago and Chantal from mobay ask for my name. I told her a customer wishing to speak to Sabrina. I then gave her a name because it was so important. She then asked if I have an account there.. I asked why is that important my conservation will be with Sabrina so transfer me.. she then said I would have to call back then because she will not transfer me if I don’t give her the info on whether I have an account or not. I asked if that knowing if I have an account is a part of her transfer script. She said yes. Please enlighten me. One star because I can’t give 0. Very bad customer service. Her tone was very condescending.

Fake don’t trust them they’ll steal ur money

I called to speak with my previous loan officer at the Kingston branch, however she was not available at the time. I spoke with Damion Holness of the Mandeville branch who went above and beyond to assist me. All documents required for processing was taken care of via email. If there was a delay in response he would reach out by calling to ensure that I’ve received same. He ensured that I received original documents in hand by journeying to Kingston. I have applied for a loan and its taking them quite a while to respond and advise me if it's approved or not..I sent in the documents a week ago and no response. I have to be the one calling and I'm not even getting to speak with the agent who started the process as each time they keep telling me that she will get in contact with me but no one is returning my calls. Loan process is not as quick as they say..I'm thinking of going somewhere else cause this a mash up my business.
