The absolute worst to deal with! I’ve never been so disgruntled in my life! They fail to communicate with their customers, I constantly have to be calling them to get follow ups and they never fulfill their promises. I’ve been waiting over a month now for some documents and every week it is a new excuse when they made promises for me to get them before. I am beyond unhappy with the service and I will definitely use all my efforts and tell everyone I know never to use this company because of the type of service rendered. If u notice, they only respond to the good reviews they get and never the bad ones to atleast try again to satisfy their customer.. says a lot about the company

I have been receiving the worse service as it regards to trying to process a loan I have to be basically begging for updates or any information on the status of the loan I am very disappointed because your website says differently. Fast response time i think not I have been trying to process this for more than 3 weeks. This is the halfway tree branch

They are quick to respond to queries. They offer good customer service. Their service is very efficient. In comparison to other financial institutions I would say Aim Financial is one of the better places to do business.

Went to the downtown branch for some info and they were very welcoming and informative. They were fluent with producing the relevant info, introducing the current promotions as well explaining the proper guidelines as to procedures and dos and donts. Keep up the good work team.

The staff at AIM Pavilion are very professional and very quick to assist. I was able to send up and be cleared for a loan within the same day! The cash was disbursed the following day once i was cleared for the loan. Thank u guys sooo much
