Always crowded and take forever to get through

Wait times are ridiculous these days. 3 - 5 hours on 3 separate occasions

Worst customer service experience out of all the various Scotia banks that I have utilized. From operations manager to personal Banking officers. They are all terrible. Go to any other branch. Just don't use portmore.

Service is very slow make sure to clear up about an hour or two before going there. The new system they have there may seem efficient but only if you are considered a “customer “ . I believe anyone doing a transaction there is a customer but i dont think they feel the same .

Never really had a good experience with scotia overall and this portmore branch is no different from uwi, hwt downtown or new kingston when i tell you that you better be prepared to spend sometime no matter how minute the transaction is trust and believe also they are short staff so workers are overworked and thus they dont care
