Hands down best hotel I’ve ever been to! Stayed in the honeymoon suite, and it was absolutely breathtaking. Nice for couples and anyone looking to have some fun. Great atmosphere and great location. Will be coming back!!
When I arrived at the resort I was greeted with a cocktail and immediately ushered to my room. My room was lovely and spacious with no issues.
The beach was small, but I always managed to get a chair. I hoped for more night life, but all of the employees were great at creating a fun atmosphere.
My trip was especially good because of the stellar service of Roneil. He truly was a gem! He made delicious drinks, and was great company! I only wished he was there my entire stay.
I would definitely return!

Here are our experiences:
-room not ready at check in had to wait a couple hours (as with most other guests we discovered)
-elevator broken, so had to use staff elevator or the tiny back stairs for five flights.
-my only thing I had mentioned when booking our trip is that I have celiac disease and so am on a gluten free diet. I was very disappointed to not be able to have the gluten free pasta noted on the menu as they were “out” all week. I was able to get gluten free bread once I asked but it was horrible (even for g/f standards!) My options were very limited and so the food I could eat was very sub par. Example: one night I could only eat a piece of chicken in the restaurant.
My spouse is able to eat all foods and he was disappointed with the food quality and selection. Thankfully we were able to find better meals off the resort.
-restaurants (including the buffet) weren’t open every night which we found odd & limiting.
-the wines reminded us of wines made from a kit! So we stuck to hard liquor and beer.
-staff not overly friendly. Example: when getting our morning coffee we asked if the sun was coming out that day and the girl said...with no smile or expression...”I’m not the weatherman”
-Shout out to Damian!!! He was an excellent bartender who had what the resort needs in terms of personality & friendliness!
-noticed that over a third of the staff were “in training”. We understand that there is staff turnover, but you would think that coming into high season they would mostly trained staff. Example: ordered a beer while sitting outside and it never came even though we hadn’t left our spot in 30 minutes.
-Entertainment was lacking big time. Every night we were looking to watch a show of some sort and socialize and have fun. Well that was hard to find... although there was karaoke 2 nights that lasted for 20 minutes and a performance by a steel drum band that was very cool.
-if you want to walk the beach each morning it’s a quick one as it’s a small beach that can be done in less than 5 minutes.
-If you just want to lie on a beach chair, eat sub par food, be bored and talk with other guests to hear about their complaints then this is the place for you.
IF you’re looking for a resort that is actually 4 stars and will give great food, service and entertainment then keep looking!!!
This hotel is small, but that's a good thing. There's always someone there to help you or get you a drink. They take very good care of the property, always cleaning up outside. The food is also very good. It's very close to the main attractions in Jamaica as well. I would definitely recommend going to this resort.
The resort is beautiful, the staff are great, the food delicious. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished.
My only complaint is that the music around the pool was blaring at a volume that was ridiculous. It’s nice to have music but not at a volume where inside your room you could not hear the other person, it was so loud.
We complained a few times and they put the volume down for 5 min and then back up.
