Serious shake up needed at this branch. Customers burn in the sun while the security guard at the door rests in the shade on a chair. The sign on the door says the branch closes at 2:30 p.m. but customers who arrive at the branch after 2:00 p.m. are denied access. And after waiting for two hours, an advertised service is denied.

Yamique Garrick who is now married and still at the Ocho Rios Branch is the most unreliable loan officer I’ve encountered so far. In light of this I’ll end up having to pay almost $14,000 on an account that should’ve been closed years ago. 😪

I gave a 4 only because of the atm lock system,please fix them,I know wear and tear damages them but you have to have your customers safely in mind.
