I must say they slipped up twice while conducting transactions at the Ocho Rios Branch, but they outdid themselves in ensuring I was taken care of. These contacts were phenomenal! I am indeed impressed and hope they continue with their service

Great customer service

The desk account executive was very helpful. She assured us that we need to input Jamaican dollar amount when dispensing cash in Jamaican currency. It sounds simple but we didn’t want 10,000 USD worth of Jamaican money! She also explained that an ATM card with CIRRUS logo can be used anywhere even at a local bank like theirs but without it, we should go to Scotia Bank which is also everywhere.

Have been on the phone for one hour and then disconnected. Regretfully this is the norm. Nothing named service.
