Couples Sans Souci All Inclusive

We've been to this resort twice including a month ago during COVID. The resort was exceptionally clean and safe! Even when we visited the first time when it was much busier, there was always plenty of space and beach chairs for everyone (which is not the case for other resort areas!). We will be a repeat guest for life at this resort!

We had the best trip to Couples Sans Souci in late August. We had debating rescheduling a few times but we are so glad it worked out for us to go. We felt so safe while on property with all of the precautions they were taking. La Shaun was incredibly helpful to us with rescheduling our trip multiple times because of airline cancellations. MBJ was a breeze and we only waited 10 minutes for our shuttle. There was one other couple and our driver was amazing. From the time we stepped into the lobby, our stress of the last few months melted away. Our room was fantastic and we could not have asked for better service. Whayne Buchanon and Chef Tyrone provided us with incredible food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We both have food restrictions and they made sure that we were taken care of and well fed. The food seemed to be even a step above its normal level. The staff was so careful with precautions from wearing masks and sanitizing constantly. The tables at the restaurants were socially distanced and guests wore masks to and from the tables. We cannot wait to return as soon as possible.

I enjoyed it as always. Rooms are so comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Food was good. Due to Covid we Really missed the buffet and the bicycles. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was that I wish there were nicer sand on the beach.
