I used this transportation agency for my airport transfers while in Jamaica. We used the shared ride option, and it worked out fine. We were still social distancing. The driver was on time, welcoming, and drove safely. I would recommend.

This was my 1st time relying on a bus to take me from Montego Bay airport to Negril and the experience was easy breezy thanks to Jaital Tours! $25 to Negril versus $80-$100 for cab....Def choose Jaital! They answer any questions you have prior to your trip within minutes. You simply get off the plane, get luggage, go thru customs and walk over to their bus counter. They then escort you outside to the busses. They walk you over to your bus and introduce your driver. Our bus driver was professional, helpful, and handsome. Bus was clean, A/C and top notch! Everything is so simple, it’s like your vacation starts with Jaital. Thanks Jaital for a great traveling experience!

We used Jaital.com for two excursions on our recent trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica. This was our first time using Jaital and I have to say it will not be our last. Our driver Silvan was excellent. He was on time for pick up at our resort and the company was very good at communicating with us regarding a late pick up for our second excursion. Silvan was a very safe driver which we appreciated considering the way some of the other drivers were. All in all we had a very good experience with Jaital.com and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an AWESOME day! The driver was great. He joked and had fun with our group, who likes to have a good time. He was knowledgeable about the provinces and answered all our questions- even the ridiculous ones! The day before our trip we asked to add two more and everyone was SUPER accommodating. Adding two more was easy and we never felt like we were putting anyone out. They made it so easy. The boat and crew were AMAZING! We were so excited when we hooked a Blue Marlin. The Captain and crew were wonderful teaching us to get it reeled in. It was truly the best experience of our trip. A memory we will never forget. THANK YOU ALL!
