The room which we stayed was quite nice but for a few things. The elevators have no sensors and are a bit scary as well as poor ventilation. The lighting throughout the building could be better. Depending on your host, this will determine the look and cleanliness of your apartment. Bring your own towels, lysol and soap I would advise for kitchen and bathroom.

Stayed at "Colin's place". Very clean, strong AC, nice views. Gated. Plenty of maintenance people that seem to double as security. They know everyone that comes in and everyone that comes out. Felt very secure.

I love that the whole house has ac. It's very clean and the house keeper Althea is friendly and helpful. Will defiantly book here again when in Ocho.

Very friendly staff, amazing sea views from the higher floors and restaurants/entertainment is near by. I took off a star simply because accommodations are good but not great. You have more than what you need take care of yourself but it isn't luxury. If you are looking for an affordable vacation this is the place for you.
