I have been with this company for 3 years and met in a small accident. After putting me though hell just to have the claim filed i asked what the Turn around time is for the claim to be paid and i was informed that there is no turn around time and they can take a long as they want to. I'm not sure that what type of joke company this is but i can tell you you either decide to drive with no insurance or choose another insurance company because this one is no good.

After being with these people for so many years and I have insured about three cars. I have a 19 year old driver's licence and a clean history they are telling me that my policy has increased and they are telling me after I have enter, sat and started the transaction. When I tell them I want a full refund because I'm not happy I feel robbed, they are telling me that it's not possible for them to do a refund and I'm pretty much on my own. I'm upset and I urge the public the be aware and to avoid this company.
