I've gotten approved for CC a week now, checked every single day with the bank just to be told not yet received... called today only to be told its being sent to the P.O. Got to the PO its not there. Being told by bank rep will have to call Fairview location to have it requested to be sent to the branch and will occure at a cost to request new card....😡😡😡 This is by far the worst experience i've had with this bank and i'm so fed up with this i no longer need the CC😡😡😡 VERY POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOR CUSTOMER SRVICE
You guys a very disrespectful. I left work and went there, two man was at the door talking to a gentleman I stood and wait until they were through I then ask one of the man what I came about the second man started being disrespectful by attempting to close the door in my face...If all the workers are like that I,m very much please I did not get the opportunity to create my account. Very much disappointed
