Digicel

I have signed up to use their internet service and from the day it was connected the speed was not the speed I was advised it would be. I have been reaching out to the girl I signed up with and she wouldn’t assist reached out to their general “customer service “. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps and asked to be contacted by a supervisor, it has been over 4 months and I still haven’t spoken to a supervisor. I decided to stop paying and they sent me a bill costing way more than the month rate. I guess that’s why they’re bankrupt. Digicel is not ready to serve Jamaicans whether by internet or mobile service. Not to mention the “customer service “ 😒digicel needs to go back to the drawing board and come again.
