Don’t bother; from start to finish a terrible experience. Hooked us in with a low online quote, then tried their hardest to milk us dry upon arrival. Charged us hundreds in additional insurance charges which were not mentioned upon booking, told us the fuel was full and should be returned as such when in fact it was near empty (luckily we noticed before driving off), failed to mention many instances of damage on the vehicle (luckily we noticed this and took photos of the car before leaving) and finally debited $1000 dollars from our account in error. To be fair we got everything back in the end but only after days of emails, appealing to one of their partners (carrentalexpress) and threatening legal action. You need eyes in the back of your head with these guys.

This place had amazing service they met me after they closed at 9pm and gave me a ride to the airport all within 10 minutes of me calling them I'm telling them that I brought the car back four days late They were very accommodating and they had the best price in the entire city ONE OF THE BEST CAR RENTAL COMPANIES IVE DELT WITH MY WHO LIFE

Ricardo was extremely personable and so helpful. We really enjoyed our experience with Apex they made our Jamaica trip possible. Their costumer service is on point, they even braved the port security to drop us off so we didn’t have to pay for a taxi. Thanks Apex!

Great great service, I hire cars when I travel the world and use some of the branded companies, Apex could really teach them about the personal touch. As promised I was collected from the airport with a driver waiting. Process was quick and efficient, provided me with assurance that they are there if needed.
