As a current student at irwin high school it's a good school which is striving for excellent! I am 7 Williams and the way how the teachers are they teach us to be the best , well mannered students and a very good principal and this school has the maths teacher of the year! Irwin High School has been an inspiration to me. I am now in grade 7, Irwin High is the best high school I ever been to and the teachers are always serious about their work they are there to help us with things we do not understand....👍I LOVE MR.NEWSON and all the teachers there...(in my own words ) IRWIN HIGH SCHOOL WILL FOREVER BE ON TOP😊😊😊😘

Good academic environment; qualified teachers and fairly well-behaved students. It's obviously a school that strives to be better. This is evident in its administration. They have 6 sports houses and many competitions yearly. The school has a history if doing well in JCDC Performing Arts as well as other national Drama and Science competitions.

It's a school of excellence.
