Used them for to/from airport transfers as well as a catamaran sail and snorkel. From the time we arrived in Jamaica we were greeted by Debbie who was to be our contact throughout our stay. She immediately gave me her cell phone number for any issues we may run in to. They had a private car take us to our hotel and she also came to our hotel a couple days later and discussed our tour options and confirmed our pick up time for airport return. No pressure on your sales at all just a lot of information and once we made our decision she signed us up. The day of our tour I was a little worried because the bus was not there at the exact time so I immediately called her cell and she answered and checked with the driver who was running a few minutes late due to waiting on a few passengers at another hotel. The driver was only about 6 minutes later than the scheduled time and the tour was awesome! The day of our departure Debbie called to remind me of the pick up time but was also at our hotel and greeted us before our departure and told us she would let us know once the bus arrived which she did. I see many bad comments but I wanted to share our experience with JTL as I would recommend them and Debbie to anyone!

These people left us stranded at our hotel. We almost missed our flight. They are impossible to contact and we are still waiting for a refund. Customer service is only good when they want your money.

I met with a person in the lobby of RIU palace with a yellow shirt from JTL Jamaica tours. I booked an excursion and was told to be in the lobby the next day at a specific time for the bus. I was told to be sure not to be late as they would leave without me. I was there 20 minutes early. The bus never showed up. I waited a half an hour after the time. The hotel lobby personnel called the excursion company. They said they would meet me in the morning and to look for the lady in the yellow shirt. I asked if I needed anything in writing and was assured that it wasn't needed because the lady who was on the phone would be in the lobby in the morning. In the morning I went to the lady in the yellow shirt who asked how she could help me. I explained I was looking for a refund because I had been left standing in the lobby waiting for someone who never showed up. I expected she would be aware, offer an apology and give me the refund without issue. Instead, she asked who I bought from. I gave her my travel slip and explained I didn't know, and all of the information was on the slip/receipt. She asked how much I paid. I explained it's on the slip. She didn't like my attitude and refused to do anymore business with me. I had to involve the hotel manager and was told I would get a follow up. I didn't end up getting my refund until the following day. It was not a good experience and took up a lot more time of my vacation than it should have. Do not recommend this company.

JTL Tours has a lot to learn in customer service. If I could give no start I would. I've had the worst experience catching the bus back to the airport from Grand Bahia Pricipe Jamaica. The tour company JTL reps are sitting pretty far away from the main lobby where all of the action takes place. Our return bus was booked by JTL representative and she told us to wait in the main lobby at 8 am for our bus. We were there at 8 am sharp asking the bell boys and the front desk about our bus. No one knew what we were talking about and no one directed us to speak to anyone. Apparently the bus was waiting for us from 8:10 am to 8:20 am and then left without any announcements. The bus driver did go to the JTL rep who were sitting in another part of the hotel. The rep did not contact us by phone and did not look for us. We found out that the bus left when we went to speak to the rep at about 8:30 am asking where our bus was. She told us that the bus just left. We were shocked! She then told us that it was our fault we missed the bus and that the bus would not return back to pick us up. I was livid...we were a party of 8 with 5 kids among us. We were now at risk of missing our flight and the rep did not want to help us. She was giving us an attitude and did not make us feel at ease. I asked to speak to the manager at that point and she walked away saying she did not want to speak to me. Absolutely horrible experience. We did end up catching the 9:10 am bus to the airport and just made it to the airport in time for our flight. However that experience could have been avoided by the rep by being a lot more customer friendly.
