Just finish a rental car was decent probably 2012 it $600 deposit was reimbursed with no problem thanks

Horror story! Not one star try no stars!!! If I paid for the cost of the rental with my card I would dispute the charge for a full refund, this company needs a total over haul or closed all together. We got there and was greeted with a different car tht sounded so loud and bad like a belt was loose, I expressed my concern,,, it had a head light that was hot glued in and hot glue to fill a hole on the from bumper, rubber was hanging off the first car’s windshield wiper,, leadership came from the back yard with a rouge windshield wiper to replace it after the rep skipped over it while doing inspection..... and at that point I asked if they had a different car we could take to Negril . the rep did indeed mentioned I could cancel after all the paperwork was done,, but I was optimistic and wanted to spend my hard earned money Locally . We are from the US, we got 30 min down the rd at sundown to find out we only had ONE WORKING HEADLIGHT and no windshield wipers, it took us 3 hours to get to Travellers beach resort and to never even move the car once parked . fox rental ruined my Jamaica experience PERIOD. Upon returning, We got to the location to find it was closed Thk God the driver was there to shuttle us to The airport then I asked about my deposit ( was paid with a card)and I was told 3 business days it would be returned.. ,, but the driver told me and another group of WOMEN (who said they’re BREAKS failed!) as they where told the same thing tht they would get the deposit back in three business days but the guy who drives the shuttle said it would now take seven business days. I will be writing a review to warn people about this company.

You guys the worst car rental company u see that blue car tall rent us that got dry wall screw holding up the bumper the back left light was out battery was dead and you guys kept our deposit PLZ am advicesing aby one that's gonna rent a car there PLEASE DO NOT THERE THE WORST CAR COMPANY EVER UNUH A BLOODCLAT THEFT

I've seen reviews, and I have to say on a personal note. I have rented several times, and I've been completely satisfied. From my pick up at the airport until my return I've had a good experience. Communication is the key. Thanks to the whole crew at Fox Rental for ALWAYS being GOOD TO ME

I am in Montego Bay and was looking to rent a car! Thanks to everyone for these reviews. Staying far far away from this company. There is no way all these people are wrong.
