Awful service form online team I've been waiting 3 months to get my refund..all I w been getting is a notice saying the application is doubled. I've sent 7 emails and all the responses are thesame.

Service there was very professional, courteous and way above expectation..Especially Nadia Campbell by Loans Department who helped every step of our journey..Tabia McFarlane by Client Service was just soo pleasant and I even saw her praying for some customers..Keep it up and continue helping persons achieving there dreams amidst the situations.Thanks very much guys.

So far information I gather in a short period of time was looking pretty good. THANKS TO U ALL

The NHT is the best in customer service especially the compliance department.
