Overall, the process was easy and the staff were very friendly. This place has excellent service and provides a nice safe clean car for you to rent. The drop off is easy too since you don't have to follow the hours of when the office is open which is a big win. This place will definitely be my #1 choice again.
Pleasantly surprised! Amazing service! They held my reservation even though I was delayed by 4 hours. I received a relatively new vehicle and the entire process was seamless. Will definitely use in the future and recommend to friends and family.
As a Jamaican resident, I was so happy to find a great rate for a 3-4 week rental. The owner and manager were extremely helpful, and when I had a little problem with one vehicle, they made a plan to quickly exchange cars for me. I would recommend Efay to others - close to airport and complimentary pick up and return to airport if required. Tell them Maggie sent you.
They treated me very cordially. I left my sunglasses in the car, but the employee checking the cars asked whose glasses they were? I was super appreciative. Even though it was a minor item, I really appreciated that they cared.
