Sun Jam Car Rental

Hello, I was also a victim of being scammed by this company. I had to put 10000 deposit down and 1/2 I had to call to get it back. They said something like they missed it or forgot. They said car rental would be 200$, but when I went to drop car off, it was 300$. They said it was for daily insurance that I was never made aware of or signed for. I was also promised a different car than what I received at pick up. They also tried to say i did damage to the car that if it wasn’t for the video in my phone, it would have been my word against theirs and would have been charged. When I called to speak with them about the extra charge of 100$, I did not get an answer. The lady seems friendly like you can be comfortable and trust her but not so. Be aware of what you sign for and hidden fees. My paperwork was pretty much blank, leaving it easy for her to get over on me. May sure you get your deposit back. I feel i was scammed and taken advantage of. I will not rent from this car company again. They are unprofessional purposely, especially with the paperwork because it makes them easy to get away with robbing you in a sense. Please be aware, they will try and get money out of you some how, even for damages you did not cause. Cover your back, don’t be in a rush to enjoy vacation that you miss the loopholes they use to get over on you. These people are SCAMMERS at its best to gullible tourists. ZERO STARS but it seems I have to leave one to be able to post this so one star for her friendliness but it’s all apart of the scam👎🏾

Fantastic car rental company! Highly recommended - beats the “top brands” at the airport. Will use them when ever I visit Montego Bay!

I extend my heart felt gratitude to the entire team @ sun jam car rental. Their attention to detail was truly through the roof and the customer service experience was above and beyond my expectations. My flight was severely delayed; so much so that we arrived after hours at night, yet still - sun jam picked us up at Norman Manley International Airport and brought us to the hotel. Kudos to the team for accommodating us from arrival to departure.

I have been a Sun Jam client for the past 10 years, just came back from Jamaica and enjoyed the wonderful service that was extended to myself and husband by Carol and staff. Kudos Sun Jam we'll be seen yoy soon.

Carol was so accommodating after another woldwide car rental company messed up our reservation and didn't have the booked car available for pickup. She was even able to match our booked rate with the other company even though it was an on the spot booking. The car was in an emmaculate condition and at the end of the rental she even offered to give me a ride back to my hotel close by so I didn't have to try and find myself a taxi. Highly recommended
