I must say the staff at the Montego Bay Airport location is extremely pleasant and welcoming. As an Executive Elite Member with National I was very pleased with the entire experience on every occasion I've picked up a car here. Customer service and customer satisfaction from beginning of rental to return was amazing. Great staff with really nice cars. As a frequent traveler to Jamaica I would recommend this company to all travelers. Thanks National!!!

Great service from the counter girls in terminal, the gentleman that walked us from the terminal to our car, and great service from Calvin who checked us in upon our return. They have nice new cars that are all maintained well and they drive very nice. The staff was great and made our rental experience very pleasant.
