If there was a lesser value I would rate it less than one star. In between of traveling, I forgot my license. A little back story I have rented from this company for years and everytime I rent from this company I am determined to buy my own vehicle. The owner of the company isn’t built for rentals he’s a worry wort. You don’t want to be called on your vacation being warned where to park and where not to park. Anyway, I forgot my license, he has a copy of my license for every single visit I’ve ever been on three or four times a year. This time I forgot my license and this woman that he puts in the office ( he has a new person in there on every trip) says to me I need your license i searched and searched no license I forgot it. But she check my file and a copy was there from my last trip. She called the owner and he said he cannot give me a car. This was midnight, in Montego bay, the most dangerous parish, HE DENIED ME A VEHICLE TO GET HOME. I was about 1.5 hours from home. His assistant packed up the office turn the lights off and left me on the busy highway with my suitcases. In the middle of Montego bay. If the owner could ruin such a great relationship with a reoccurring customer, what will he do to you! I understand I forgot my license but to leave your returning customer on the side of the road with no way to get home, in dangerous Montego Bay was my breaking point. I will never rent from him again nor tell my friends to rent from him. One year my entire family rented from him with no issues. 4 cars from his lot for two whole weeks. And this is the way you treat people.
