What I experienced was unacceptable. I made my reservation a week in advance ; only to arrive at the desk and was told that they had no more cars. My family and I were speechless. After a long flight that’s the last thing we wanted to hear. I will never book with this company again and I will not recommend them to anyone. Horrible representation of this company.

What a pleasant greeting, we arrived in mobay on thur 20th June approx 11, was due for a 12 pick up we picked up early. 2 gentleman at the desk were most professional, explained everything, showed to car and all was well. Dropped off car 7 days later and it was a smooth and straightforward process, got a courtesy ride back to terminal on return as we had 4 cases. (we being lazy as terminal only 400meters away lol). Car was clean and damage free on pick up and returned the same. They were not picky on examining the car as they do here in the UK. Very good service.
