Awesome economical and locally owned car rental company. Check-in and out was easy for me and the complimentary airport pickup and car-pickup was pretty cool too! I am mostly impressed with their convenient credit card insurance interaction system. I was able to opt out of their insurance policy using my very own travel policy. This is a major plus for me as with many rentals; taking their car insurance policy is mandatory and involves fees that are not advertised! With Smart car rental I am in and out, they keep things simple and the genuine customer care is... what you see is what you get!
