Moving to Jamaica was an experience of a lifetime!! And Wanetia and her son Nico were totally dedicated to helping me at every step! Arranging the container, the shipping company, working to help me with Jamaican Immigration and Customs, all the way to sitting in the Montego Bay Wharf for three hours waiting for Customs to finish their checking and approve my container contents for release! She was excellent about responding to the unavoidable problems and delays and to the many questions I had for her! She was very professional as well as being a kind and caring person through the month or more that we struggled to get my container from the US to Jamaica. She is someone who is persistent and knows how things should go, and does her very best to make them go the right way. And when they did not, we rolled our eyes and complained, but she always got back to work and got the job done. I admire her as a professional and as a person!
