Receptionist was great, but the customer service representative seems to not care, she just wanted to get us out of the building. My previous experience was much better.

An insurance at this place is no security for you future or security for anything, as a new customer you are treated like a king as long as you have not signed the documents, and what you have to make sure of is, this is not a REFERAL because if something goes wrong along the line they take your money, with not even a policy number and the respond you get after contacting them is We Will Get Back to you. They never did.
